Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute quality checks and calibrations for the most complex and high-risk payment cases using test scripts and scorecards.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert by resolving complex queries/escalations and driving correct, consistent decision-making with root cause analysis.
  • •Lead calibration activities internally within QA and with other stakeholders to ensure consistent, correct outcomes and best practices.
  • •Use advanced analytics and AI to analyse QA outcomes and data, identify trends, and inform actionable insights and recommendations.
  • •Present insights to stakeholders/forums when required and help consistently achieve individual and team targets (KPIs/SLAs) while upholding Wise values.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of QA experience or working cases in the Payments domain, including coaching others on domain-relevant subjects.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal) to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations.
  • •Good experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, and root cause analysis with continuous improvement.
  • •Risk and compliance expertise relevant to the function, including identifying and assessing risks and interpreting/applying policy requirements in a regulatory environment.
  • •Ability to train and coach QA Specialists on QA methodology, testing, scoring, and root cause analysis to maintain competency.
