Key Responsibilities

  • •Support group-wide planning processes including budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • •Develop and maintain long-term financial models for P&L and cash flow, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Prepare monthly group cash flow reporting and support cash flow, liquidity, net debt, capex, and free cash flow forecasting.
  • •Produce monthly management reporting, quarterly trading updates, and Board presentations, including variance analysis and reporting outputs.
  • •Continuously enhance financial models and reporting processes by leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification (qualified or actively studying).
  • •Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or a combination of Big 4 and FP&A.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills, with exposure to planning, consolidation, or reporting tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, HFM, SAP BusinessObjects, or Power BI.
  • •Strong analytical thinking to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights effectively.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior audiences.
