Support Store Management to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service in an auto salvage yard setting. Serve as an in-store expert for automotive parts identification, assisting customers with complex product, compatibility, and system-level questions. Lead hands-on training and technical mentorship to build team capability, reinforce safety and compliance, and help manage shift priorities, cash-handling accuracy, and store operations during peak periods.

•Align shift activities with daily goals by problem-solving barriers to success and managing objectives, delegation, and task reassignment.
