Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and lead multiple large, unrelated projects or one very large strategic project for the Benefits Division within the Enterprise PMO.
  • •Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, project charters, and strategic plans with executive sponsors to align investments to organizational goals.
  • •Establish and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams across departments and locations, coordinating with technology teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate project governance (steering committees, status reviews), manage risks/dependencies/issues, and drive organizational change management; mentor and coach project managers and business partners.
