Job Summary

Broker cyber and E&O insurance solutions for a growing Cyber Solutions team, leveraging deep knowledge of the Cyber/E&O insurance marketplace. Own client service for an assigned book of business and new opportunities, including deal flow prioritization and cross-selling Cyber Solutions products. Negotiate to improve broking results, build a pipeline strategy for new business, and mentor more junior team members while using available technology throughout the client and broking process.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Cyber/E&O insurance marketplace and the team’s offerings.
•Place and manage layered cyber/E&O programs ($50M+) from start to finish.
•Own client service for an assigned book of business and new business opportunities using the deal flow process.
•Develop and execute pipeline strategy for new business, leveraging underwriter relationships.
•Mentor more junior team members and drive utilization of available technology throughout broking and client service processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience brokering and/or underwriting in Cyber/E&O lines.
•Ability to communicate effectively with executive (C-Suite) client contacts.
•Ability to negotiate and apply effective negotiation skills to improve broking results.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to acquire one upon hire; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
