Job Summary

Senior geotechnical engineer/engineering geologist leading and delivering complex geotechnical investigations and multidisciplinary projects. You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals while ensuring safety and quality in ground engineering for transport, energy, water and urban development projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, management and delivery of geotechnical investigations and studies across projects.
•Provide technical leadership across complex multidisciplinary projects and ensure quality outputs.
•Prepare and review high-quality technical reports and client deliverables to support proposals and pursuits.
•Build strong client relationships and contribute to project pursuits and proposals.
•Oversee project scope, budgets, and delivery performance across multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

•Around 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology.
•Proven experience delivering and managing complex geotechnical projects.
•Strong capability in geotechnical analysis, investigation and design.
•Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed technical reports.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor others and manage project delivery.
