Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management to direct reports, including succession planning.

  • •Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, including progression path training and certification.
  • •Ensure health and safety and loss prevention compliance while guiding the team to meet quality, production, and cost performance metrics.
