Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date.
  • •Ability to live and service within a 50-to-100-mile radius of Laurens, Emanual, Bulloch, Toombs and surrounding counties in Georgia.
  • •Reliable personal transportation with travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements including walking in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climbing bins up to 25 feet, and lifting 25–50 lbs.
