Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production support end-to-end for Finance systems, resolving tickets and keeping response times tight with durable resolutions.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot across the finance tech stack including NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, Ramp, Navan, handling provisioning and cross-system incident troubleshooting.
  • •Configure and tune Serval, identify automation opportunities, and evolve support processes through ticketing automation.
  • •Design and build AI agents and internal tools to automate Finance Transformation workflows and reimagine end-to-end finance request intake.
  • •Maintain financial systems controls (role-based access, segregation of duties, change management, documentation) and support SOX/audit requirements and month-end close systems readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial systems administration and support, with deep hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • •Comfort owning a shared ticket queue and managing multiple concurrent systems and stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tooling to build practical solutions or automate real workflows.
  • •Solid understanding of finance business processes, especially procure-to-pay (P2P) and record-to-report (R2R).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-system issues end-to-end and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
