Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and People teams to understand priorities, organizational needs, and hiring strategies.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles across Technology and Product.
•Build alignment on role requirements, scorecards, interview processes, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions.
•Own recruitment processes for strategic positions (e.g., Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Heads) with discretion.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines and provide market intelligence on availability, motivations, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.
