Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with extensive employment-law experience, including at least 3 years in a law firm environment and strong litigation background.
  • •Deep expertise in platform work and worker classification, including hands-on interpretation and application of the EU Platform Workers Directive and related legislation.
  • •Strong legal judgment to influence senior stakeholders across multi-jurisdictional, cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent communication and drafting skills, including legal drafting, executive-level communication, and creating clear slide presentations.
  • •Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language, with willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
