Job Summary

Deliver Red Hat Cloud solution projects for Global Telco Services, spanning Red Hat Cloud components (RH OCP, OSP, OSO, and custom clouds) and third-party infrastructure. Lead high- and low-level design, test strategy and customer acceptance, and coordinate lab integration/validation. Provide remote or on-site installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and expert support for solution engineers, while performing knowledge transfer to the consulting community.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in customer project activities related to Red Hat Cloud solutions, focusing on OCP/OSP and related components.
•Lead creation and evolution of high- and low-level designs, including test design (strategy, test cases, and reports) and customer acceptance design.
•Perform solution-based install, configuration, upgrades, and acceptance of pre-architected solutions in customer environments (remote or on-site).
•Execute integrations per requirements, verify functionality against test strategies, and provide expert support during installation, acceptance, diagnosis, and deployment.
•Develop knowledge of customer environments, manage technical requests, and provide knowledge transfer and coaching to the consulting community.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Expertise in OCP/OSP/OSO components of the Red Hat cloud portfolio, with Nokia NCP/NHRO as an advantage.
•Hands-on expertise with OpenStack and Kubernetes.
•Expertise with HEAT templates for application deployment on cloud platforms; Ansible and Mistral concepts are advantageous.
•Expertise in NFVI/VIM, VNFM, NFVO, and SDN technologies.
•At least 10+ years of business experience in a customer service or technical support environment within a technology-oriented company or department.
