Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Americas manufacturing sites through site Manufacturing Leaders, ensuring consistent standards and governance.
  • •Translate global strategy into regional and site plans to deliver volume, cost, quality, and customer service targets.
  • •Embed Zero Harm, Process Safety discipline, and asset integrity in daily decisions and drive EHS/PSM and risk management standards aligned with regulations.
  • •Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement using global best practices and disciplined performance management with KPIs and management routines.
  • •Build and develop a pipeline of manufacturing leaders and strengthen site culture through goal alignment, coaching, and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in senior manufacturing leadership in chemical, advanced materials, or other regulated process industries with multi-site or regional scope.
  • •Proven multi-site leadership through senior site leaders, with accountability for EHS and Process Safety.
  • •Demonstrated leadership style that combines visible safety commitment, operational discipline, and high delivery standards.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L-linked decision-making, cost structure management, capital allocation, and asset optimization.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
