Key Responsibilities

  • •Support critical technical roles across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing, with flexibility to support new business areas as hiring needs arise.
  • •Collaborate with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent while becoming an expert in the external market.
  • •Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring strong alignment to requirements and maintaining documentation and data integrity.
  • •Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience.
  • •Leverage creative sourcing techniques and research to tap into new pools of talent and share insights with peers.
