Key Responsibilities

  • •Assure asphalt production levels are maintained safely to schedule.
  • •Alter production based on required materials and set/monitor performance targets for the production process.
  • •Oversee repair and maintenance projects, assessing equipment needs, ordering materials, and coordinating maintenance for plant readiness.
  • •Maintain up-to-date operational records (inventory, inspection systems, checklists, and financials) and conduct regular site safety inspections.
  • •Coach, provide feedback, direct work, assist with technical or staffing issues, and support training and development for staff; produce and review production reports.
