Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the analysis, design, and evaluation of transportation structures under guidance of senior engineers.
  • •Perform structural engineering calculations for bridge components including superstructures, substructures, foundations, and bearings.
  • •Develop and maintain structural models and perform basic structural analysis in accordance with design standards.
  • •Assist with preparation of bridge design plans, details, specifications, technical reports, and contract documents.
  • •Support field inspection and condition assessment activities, including documenting existing conditions, load rating, and rehabilitation recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of structural engineering principles and design/build processes as applied to project work.
  • •Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management, including rehabilitation and new design.
