Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team to improve customer experience and efficiency while minimizing costs.
  • •Run daily meetings to review agendas, track work-in-progress capacity, and ensure KPI follow-up using the Visual Planning board.
  • •Pre-check and manage daily planning to predict support needs and avoid lost hours, providing first-line support as needed.
  • •Coordinate workshop improvement work to boost productivity and ensure adherence to 5S principles and workshop audit findings.
  • •Support value-added service sales and customer retention targets, overseeing training needs and ensuring technicians are certified with complete customer follow-up calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Diploma in mechanical, automobile, or industrial engineering.
  • •Advanced electrical vehicle technical certification and AATC/IMI Level 4 certifications.
  • •Valid UAE driving license.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical lead in an automotive dealership with advanced EV knowledge.
  • •Leadership and coaching skills with strong customer relationship management and complaint handling.
