Job Summary

Lead the AI Platform Enablement function as an operating domain, owning roadmap, delivery, adoption, and operational strategy across multiple workstreams. Define and execute a governed internal AI platform environment including developer workspaces, secure gateway patterns, identity, observability, and enterprise integrations in partnership with Enterprise AI. Drive enablement programs, operating mechanisms, success metrics, and lead a high-performing team to ensure a secure, auditable, scalable platform with effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI Platform Enablement as an operating domain with roadmap, delivery, adoption, and operational strategy across multiple workstreams.
•Define and execute strategy for a governed internal AI platform environment, including developer workspaces, secure gateway patterns, identity, observability, and enterprise integrations.
•Partner with engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the platform is secure, auditable, scalable, and enterprise-aligned.
•Drive enablement programs using structured training, reusable templates, starter kits, and rollout playbooks to help teams adopt approved AI capabilities.
•Build operating mechanisms and success metrics for platform usage, onboarding, adoption, delivery velocity, control effectiveness, and user experience; lead and grow the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, or enterprise technology functions, with meaningful people leadership experience.
•Experience leading managers, senior individual contributors, or cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
•Strong understanding of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, enterprise architecture, and secure-by-design operating models.
•Experience in areas such as cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, platform engineering, CI/CD, identity and access management, observability, or enterprise integration patterns.
•Track record combining platform strategy with adoption and change management, including training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and scaled rollout.
