Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, document, and maintain standardized operating procedures. Partner with teams across COR and its affiliates to ensure processes are clearly defined and updated as operations scale.
  • •Support the ongoing optimization of Asana workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve visibility and cross-functional alignment. Lead Asana onboarding and training for new employees and provide ongoing guidance to ensure consistent adoption across teams.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including documentation collection, internal approvals, and system setup to ensure vendors are properly established and payment ready.
  • •Assist with operational projects, technology implementations, and global process refinement initiatives by communicating timelines, tracking deliverables, and documenting progress, as set forth by leadership.
  • •Special projects: any tasks or project set forth by leadership, such as but not limited to, freight & inventory reconciliation, cost analysis, margin reporting, and global inventory transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 year minimum experience in operations, supply chain, or production—preferably in apparel, consumer products, or music/entertainment.
  • •Experience with Asana or similar project/work management system.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and experience with ERP or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
  • •Comfortable with costing, COGS tracking, landed costs, and margin analysis; able to interpret data and identify operational or financial risks.
  • •Working knowledge of purchase orders, 3PL coordination, freight terms (CIP/DAP/FOB), inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment workflows.
