Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across design and construction phases for a multi-building campus program.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive-level summaries to support program-wide decision making.
  • •Coordinate and validate cost data from designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
  • •Lead procurement support for major trade packages, including pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Oversee change management workflows, cost controls (commitments, variances, trends), and cost optimization/value-engineering efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical data center, industrial, or large campus-scale developments.
  • •Advanced skills in budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-control systems (EVM beneficial).
  • •Strong procurement and commercial contract management skills, including leading full change-management on major projects.
