Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate work and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage open-source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent and apply LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for production systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science/AI/EE/CE (or related) plus 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's degree plus 4+ years.
  • •At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •7 years of experience deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or equivalent private cloud.
  • •Experience designing and delivering complex AI systems, including integration and support.
  • •Ability to develop AI/ML techniques such as LLM inference, similarity search, vector databases, guardrails, and related systems using Python and C++/C#/Java/Golang.
