Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and operationalize compliance policies and procedures (ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest) and maintain peer best practices and global legal developments.
  • •Conduct internal investigations and oversee compliance hotline monitoring, responses, resolutions, and reporting; manage compliance training and programs.
  • •Advise the People team and business partners on employment matters across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves, workplace investigations, discipline, and terminations.
  • •Manage employment-related claims and litigation matters, including administrative charges, demand letters, arbitrations, and disputes across contracts, vendors, IP, privacy, bankruptcy, and related issues.
  • •Conduct factual investigations, manage outside counsel and budgets, and oversee discovery and e-discovery while assessing legal and business risk and recommending dispute resolution strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
  • •4-7 years of experience with significant compliance, employment, and/or litigation experience.
  • •Strong judgment and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
  • •Process- and operations-oriented mindset with a focus on improving systems, standards, templates, policies, and practices to reduce risk.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
