Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deliver strategy and growth plans to deliver Starlink through government subsidized programs.
  • •Grow the enterprise account management function, hire and lead the team, and identify scalable tools and capabilities with internal teams.
  • •Develop internal goals and metrics/visualizations to measure and communicate success.
  • •Manage non-technical project delivery for government subsidized accounts, ensuring contract requirements are met on time.
  • •Own the customer interface from contract signature onward, including onboarding, ongoing account management, retention/growth, and internal feedback to steer development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
  • •5+ years of direct people management experience.
  • •12+ years of experience working with government customers and system integrators.
  • •Exceptional customer interface skills, including strong written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor communication to different levels.
