Job Summary

Join the Cyber Security team to support application access governance for Visa’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. You’ll collaborate with the Warsaw IAM team and global stakeholders to onboard applications into IAM controls, enforce Zero-Trust principles, and resolve access exceptions. Using analytics and scripting (Excel, Power BI, Python, PowerShell, C), you’ll help automate IAM tasks and support AI/ML/GenAI-driven control gap detection, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Warsaw IAM team and the global IAM AAG program to align local deliverables with the global roadmap and security requirements.
•Onboard applications and components into IAM governance aligned with authentication/authorization models and enforce IAM controls, resolving exceptions as needed.
•Develop scripts and workflows to automate IAM tasks and support AI/ML models for IAM control/process gap detection and process optimization.
•Automate compliance reporting, IAM control validation, and evidence collection; provide timely technical support for IAM-related requests and incidents.
•Partner with application development and business teams to integrate IAM processes and controls into new initiatives and support change management activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•2+ years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree (or an advanced degree).
•Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, policies, and procedures.
•Strong understanding of application architecture, authentication, and authorization models.
•Advanced data-analytics and scripting skills in Excel, Python, PowerShell, and C; hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI technologies to IAM solutions.
