•Negotiate comparative negligence outcomes and evaluate settlement value within established authority limits, including storage charges.
•Identify coverage concerns, review prior loss history, and create SIU referrals when appropriate.
•Gather and analyze evidence (police reports, recorded and witness statements) to establish liability and document the full claim decision process.

•Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
