Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical point person for our EPM Solution (Pigment), ensuring system health through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
  • •Manage the end-to-end ticket lifecycle by providing timely, customer-first support and technical troubleshooting for our internal users.
  • •Coordinate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve bugs and execute system enhancements that improve the user experience.
  • •Assist in maintaining FP&A integrations with connected applications: NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker, etc.
  • •Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
