  • •Lead, develop, and supervise a maintenance team of electrical, mechanical, and PLC technicians; conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities
  • •Develop and manage maintenance schedules and priorities to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • •Oversee reactive maintenance activities and troubleshooting of production equipment breakdowns
  • •Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to align maintenance with production goals and plant objectives

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role

  • •Proficiency with CMMS software
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs
