Manager, Production Maintenance

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities at Anduril's Costa Mesa site. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage spare parts and CMMS, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to maximize uptime, safety, and cost efficiency in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
