Job Summary

Support senior Relationship Managers in managing a quality corporate banking portfolio, assist in credit proposals and monitoring, conduct credit reviews, and identify sales opportunities with product partners to drive revenue and profitability for Mainland Corporates.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to senior Relationship Managers in managing a quality commercial banking portfolio to achieve business targets
•Assist in the preparation of credit proposals and monitoring of account performance with understanding of client businesses, financing arrangements and market conditions
•Participate in credit reviews/inspections of customers’ facilities and identify potential credit issues to help avoid bad/non-performing loans
•Identify sales opportunities and liaise with product partners to deliver appropriate products and services to increase revenue and profitability per relationship
•Support the division in ensuring timely and accurate credit documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
•Knowledge in cash management, trade finance, FX and other market products, asset management or structured finance
•Proven experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management
•Pass in HKSI and IA licensing examinations preferred
•Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
