Job Summary

Own GTM and sales process architecture to drive business growth, focusing on GTM Process and System excellence. You will discover, design, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows across qualification, outreach sequencing, pipeline management, forecasting support, and post-sale handoffs. Partner with Sales, Partner, IT, Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product, and Growth to instrument AI/automation strategies, define requirements for developers, and measure process outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and design process architecture for end-to-end GTM business processes, re-engineering or reimagining workflows using AI.
•Establish process design and maintenance standards, frameworks, and documentation (process flows, playbooks, RACIs).
•Collaborate cross-functionally to assess downstream impacts of process or system changes and lead project status updates and reporting.
•Map, analyze, and redesign GTM and sales process flows to find automation opportunities that reduce friction and accelerate cycle times.
•Recommend business requirements and user stories for developers, define human-in-the-loop vs full automation decisions, and iterate using user feedback and business outcome metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,500 - 206,800 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience).
•8+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, consulting, or equivalent roles.
•Experience with GTM processes, systems, and tools (including Salesforce, GTM ecosystems, and sales engagement platforms).
•Experience with process mapping and redesign using structured methodologies (e.g., swimlane diagrams, value stream mapping).
•Experience designing new processes and driving projects to completion, including business requirements gathering and feedback loops.
