Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect customer privacy and security; mitigate risk by following policies, procedures, and processes.
  • •Process daily transactions accurately and stay alert to fraud, maintaining proper cash limits and following teller difference/dual control guidelines.
  • •Engage customers through productive conversations (inbound calls and drive-thru) and use marketing campaigns to inform customers of products and promotions.
  • •Conduct service-related outbound calls, achieve assigned call goals, and identify referral opportunities.
  • •Complete Pathways progression and required trainings, learn BUILD/BUILD 2.0 framework, and become a subject matter expert on digital products.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •2+ years of relevant client-centric sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals and delivering strong client service.
  • •Excellent communications skills and solutions-based sales skills, with strong relationship-building ability in a complex environment.
  • •Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
