Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the plant’s continuous improvement system updated and functioning, scheduling participative improvement activities and tracking execution and results.
  • •Prepare reports for 5S audit system results, standard work/LMF, lean walk outcomes, and continuous improvement program award results, and share them with production lines.
  • •Ensure plant-wide lean documentation is current, and participate in developing and executing Kaizen projects and events.
  • •Provide support for implementing ELSS tools in production and support process areas, including keeping them updated through continuous reviews.
  • •Support leadership documentation for VSM and data collection, help review and track Lean implementation plans, and provide ongoing Lean tool training.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a university student in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 120 approved credits.
  • •Have basic English knowledge (preferably reading and comprehension).
  • •Have intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • •Have at least 6 months of experience related to operational support and/or administrative support (including professional internships).
  • •Understand basic concepts of continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (desirable: knowledge of 5S/Lean tools).
