Key Responsibilities

•Manage an active portfolio of consumer, C&I, and CRE loan relationships and meet/exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, growth, profitability, and client acquisition.
•Underwrite loans and approve within authority or with the Credit Officer; prepare and manage loan documentation and closing documents.
•Review and monitor asset quality, including past due information, collateral exceptions, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and borrowing bases.
•Develop new business by identifying prospective clients and referral sources through prospecting and Centers of Influence.
•Represent the bank through community and civic activities and deliver consistent client service as part of the FirstBank service experience.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor's degree preferred.
•Minimum of five years of specific banking or business development experience (in-market experience preferred).
•NMLS certification required within the first year of employment.
•Demonstrated credit underwriting and loan documentation skills.
•Ability to read, understand, and analyze client financial statements in relation to business operations.
