Job Summary

Help run a high-energy Levi’s Outlet store by delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and using the “3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close” to meet daily sales goals. You’ll support merchandising and store operations, including cash handling, security and loss prevention compliance, replenishment assistance, and maintaining store appearance in line with brand visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations as a Levi’s stylist.
•Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company history and heritage.
•Meet or exceed store and individual sales/performance goals daily.
•Comply with cash handling guidelines, and support store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
•Assist with replenishment, security tagging, pricing, physical inventory, cycle counts, and maintaining store appearance/housekeeping.

Salary: USD 15.15 - 25.25 hourly
