Job Summary

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT teams working on Allianz’s digital transformation. You’ll elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements across the product lifecycle, turning them into user stories and acceptance criteria. •Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders; support implementation and contribute to user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements

•Solid knowledge of requirements engineering (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation), with IREB CPRE Foundation Level certification a plus.
•Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence.
•Ability to structure complex business problems and communicate them clearly.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English (German is a plus).
•2–3 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or comparable role (ideally in IT or financial services).
