Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise internal stakeholders on Egyptian civil, commercial, labor, and tax laws.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
  • •Ensure compliance with Egyptian legal requirements across corporate governance, licensing, data privacy, and employment law.
  • •Provide legal risk assessments and practical recommendations aligned with business strategy in Egypt.
  • •Lead, develop, and mentor the Egyptian legal team; monitor regulatory developments and collaborate with Group Legal for consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of progressive legal experience.
