Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead designer/consultant on a portfolio of data centre projects.
  • •Coordinate discipline leads across projects for architecture and engineering deliverables.
  • •Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients.
  • •Ensure internal governance is followed at bid stage and throughout project delivery.
  • •Identify and secure targeted projects/revenue and present opportunities to clients and prospective clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified architect or technologist (Chartered or equivalent).
  • •Proven related technical experience with recent experience on data centre projects.
  • •Experience of various forms of building contract.
  • •Working knowledge of building systems, regulations, and construction types.
  • •IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs; able to manage busy workloads and deadlines.
