Key Responsibilities

•Own the Hong Kong Branch Technology strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities and Group direction.
•Define end-to-end branch service models across staff-assisted and self-service journeys to ensure consistent customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
•Lead simplification and standardisation of branch solutions to reduce fragmentation, improve maintainability, and accelerate time-to-market through reuse.
•Drive delivery and modernization of staff channels, improving usability, performance, and resilience, while ensuring secure role-based access and handling of customer data.
•Establish engineering practices (DevSecOps, automated testing, CI/CD, quality gates) and manage delivery governance across workstreams, ensuring predictable execution and remediation of audit findings.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree holder with a proven track record to influence/manage functionally and work independently.
•Proven experience delivering branch technology and/or staff channel platforms, including onboarding and servicing journeys.
•Strong experience integrating channel applications with core banking and enterprise services, including interface governance.
•Experience driving modernization of legacy platforms and simplifying complex technology states.
•Prior experience as CIO managing multiple businesses.
