Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 2.5-year AI & analytics accelerated development program with rotating assignments.
  • •Develop capabilities in data exploration, analytics, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence through program rotations.
  • •Build and deploy AI solutions for customers and businesses, including pipeline development.
  • •Work on-site 5 days per week at assigned locations as determined by business needs.
  • •Remain geographically flexible during and after the program, with relocation assistance for qualifying moves.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in an analytics-related field (e.g., computer science, software engineering, MIS, statistics, mathematics, data science) with GPA of 3.0+ completed before the start date.
  • •Strong interest in building a career as an AI engineer, data engineer, data analyst, or data scientist.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with at least two examples (e.g., club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor) or exceptional leadership on work projects.
  • •Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related AI-based work experience.
  • •Canadian citizen or legally able to work in Canada without requiring a sponsor now or in the future.
