Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise in materials management, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and governance standards.
  • •Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve inventory strategies, procurement processes, and supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics) to drive alignment and execute effective materials planning strategies.
  • •Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs to support annual planning, operational targets, and executive reporting.
  • •Govern and maintain master data integrity across sites per Global Data Management standards while driving enhancements to SIOP processes, and lead/mentor planning teams across multiple sites.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in materials management in industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong inventory control and supply chain optimization expertise.
  • •5+ years using materials planning systems and ERP software to analyze and manage inventory and procurement processes.
  • •5+ years experience with supply chain workflows, procurement strategies, and regulatory compliance related to materials handling.
  • •3 years leading cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives in materials management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
