Key Responsibilities

•Deliver instructor-led training for Salesforce products to beginner through advanced audiences (virtual and in-person)
•Guide customers through hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and troubleshooting to build practical product skills
•Collaborate with Content, Product, and Cloud Success teams to feedback classroom insights for product and training improvements
•Manage and adapt sessions as products evolve, ensuring clear delivery and customer value
•Maintain target CSat (4.7/5) and 30–35 delivery days per quarter with ongoing coaching and feedback

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training
•Ability to manage hands-on exercises and troubleshoot issues
•Strong communication skills with customers across beginner to advanced audiences
•Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Data Cloud is a plus
•Programming experience; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus; strong English delivery required
