Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the contracting process from pre-bidding through approvals and execution for various tasks and projects
  • •Prepare tender documents for the selection process of contractor/consultant and release the documents for tender
  • •Review pre-award tender terms and conditions to identify and mitigate commercial risk of the contract
  • •Ensure that the contracting process complies with company policies and government agencies’ requirements
  • •Review any critical contractual correspondences prepared by the consultant managing construction contracts to assure correct approaches are adopted

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Law
  • •Minimum 10 years of work experience in construction
  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction contract management
  • •Good understanding of building contracts terms and their legal and operational mechanisms (FIDIC knowledge)
  • •Native Serbian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
