Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Program Management Offices (including MPMs) to understand and prioritize deliverable hardware.
  • •Drive day-to-day execution of upcoming milestones from demand entry through procurement to delivery, facilitating functions across the flow.
  • •Manage technical project scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, Estimates at Completion (EAC), and risk throughout the program lifecycle.
  • •Update LRE planners/schedules and provide EVMS inputs including variance analysis and corrective action planning.
  • •Develop and maintain historical datasets for cost/schedule projections, work with production scheduling for shared production areas, and manage technical changes and discrepancy reports (DRs) to keep manufacturing progressing.

Key Requirements

  • •Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education in engineering/manufacturing engineering technology/computer science/engineering data science/math/physics/chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) plus 9+ years related work experience (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with Jira, MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience leading engineering and/or manufacturing teams and personnel.
  • •Experience with Wire Harness Product Lifecycle.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; Top Secret/SCI Post-Start required).
