Job Summary

Asset Management Specialist for water and wastewater who assesses asset conditions, conducts life-cycle, performance and risk analyses, and develops asset management plans. Partners with municipal clients to optimize investments, manage inspection contracts, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to improve water infrastructure performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate the asset condition, analyze inspection data, and recommend intervention priorities.
•Perform life-cycle, performance and risk analyses.
•Develop and update asset management plans (PGA).
•Develop and optimize tracking, prioritization and investment planning tools.
•Participate in financial planning (PTI, investment scenarios, budgets) and prepare technical estimates for inspection mandates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; must be a member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (ing. ou CPI)
•Minimum 4 years of municipal asset management experience (water/wastewater)
•Strong analytical and data mastery
•Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
•Proactive, solutions-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
