Job Summary

Serve as the onsite Registered Nurse for a workplace population health program, delivering first-aid triage, screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care. Work with Health & Wellness Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and clinical leadership, documenting encounters in a secure digital health platform while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms; refer appropriately to reduce non-emergent ER and urgent care use
•Conduct onsite biometric screenings and review results with participants to support personalized action plans
•Administer vaccinations (e.g., flu and travel vaccines as applicable) and support preventive care campaigns and seasonal initiatives
•Educate participants on chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia) and reinforce lifestyle and risk-reduction strategies
•Document encounters and insights in the secure digital health platform while supporting HIPAA-compliant documentation and data security

Key Requirements

•Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
•3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, primary care, or community health
•Experience with biometric screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care
•Comfort working independently in an interdisciplinary onsite workplace clinic environment
•Proficiency with digital documentation and health platforms, plus current CPR/BLS certification
