Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute India health and safety programs in partnership with key stakeholders, with primary responsibility for Salesforce Tower, Bangalore.
  • •Manage health and safety compliance, including hazard identification, risk assessments, audits against internal standards and local/regional regulations, and risk mitigation planning.
  • •Serve as the primary H&S point of contact and manage incident response, including on-call rotation, investigations, follow-up, and corrective actions.
  • •Develop, coordinate, and deliver emergency response programs: emergency response plans, team training (including first aid/CPR/AED), drills, restocking first aid kits, and AED inspections.
  • •Lead H&S training and employee engagement (CAREforce), including new hire onboarding training and guidance for on/off-campus events and health and safety threats.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in health, safety & preparedness program management (public or private sector).
  • •Technical knowledge of India health and safety laws and regulations, including the Shops & Establishment Act & Rules, Factories Act, BOCW Act, and Karnataka regulations.
  • •Experience as a Health and Safety Senior Administrator, Consultant, Associate Manager, or Manager.
  • •Communicates effectively and provides steady leadership during high-stress situations.
