Key Responsibilities

•Prepare periodic reports on department performance and effectiveness of development initiatives for relevant stakeholders.
•Monitor implementation of development initiatives and projects within the department to ensure target results are achieved.
•Prepare the annual department budget and monitor projects and contracts to ensure successful delivery.
•Conduct periodic studies in institutional development and transformation domains and provide outputs to stakeholders.
•Develop and manage KPI performance reporting and quality systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives and performance evaluation activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
•11 years of experience in this field.
•Strong analytical thinking to identify, examine, and improve multiple work processes.
•Advanced computer skills with proficiency in multiple software applications.
•Ability to communicate effectively and operate as an active team member while coordinating simultaneous projects.
