Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide key day-to-day interface with the client, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.
  • •Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team and drive performance from design development through construction.
  • •Oversee overall project management and project execution support across the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage project controls, including developing and directing the construction schedule/programme.
  • •Lead environmental, health & safety, quality, commercial, claims, procurement, close-out, and warranty management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong pre-contract and post-contract, full life-cycle delivery experience.
  • •Experience serving as Project Director or Construction Director in a PMC, EPCM, construction management environment, or as a General Contractor.
  • •Experience meeting Quality and Health & Safety requirements on construction sites.
  • •Understanding of project controls methodology, including developing and managing a construction schedule/programme and directing others in the use of P6.
  • •Data centre experience preferred, with excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
