Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or diploma degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field
  • •6 to 10 years of professional experience in the petrochemical industry, ideally in maintenance or project execution
  • •Proven experience leading and delivering complex investment projects
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
