Job Summary

Own the product vision and roadmap for BNPL cross-border payments on ByteDance’s Global Payments platform. Partner with legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders to design, launch, and integrate BNPL experiences into the TikTok ecosystem while meeting regulatory requirements. Use market and customer data to identify and prioritize growth and optimization opportunities, and stay current on industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine the BNPL vision, strategy, and product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
•Design, launch, refine, and integrate BNPL products into the payment platform and the TikTok ecosystem, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless UX.
•Analyze SEA and global market trends and customer behavior to identify and prioritize innovation, growth, and optimization opportunities.
•Stay up to date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to insurance solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related fields.
•5+ years of experience in lending, payments, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce (including credit card/consumer loan/BNPL).
•Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven decision-making.
•Experience with end-to-end product management (idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, launch).
•Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and external parties.
