Job Summary

Provide frontline leadership for underground and surface mining operations across assigned shifts, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of work. Supervise crews and contractors, manage shift safety and MSHA compliance, coordinate shift plans to meet development and maintenance targets, monitor critical systems and conditions, and complete accurate shift reporting. Support training and development while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to drive performance.

•Conduct pre-start meetings and field safety interactions; monitor critical systems and underground conditions and coordinate responses.

•Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and make sound operational decisions.
